The Status Summary panel shows the total number of RFPs and a breakdown by status. Click any status to filter the list, or click Total Number to show all RFPs.

Each RFP is assigned one of the following statuses during its lifecycle.
The system is busy generating responses for the uploaded RFP questions.
The RFP has been created but responses have not yet been generated or reviewed.
Responses have been generated and the RFP is ready for a team member to review.
A team member is actively reviewing and editing the generated responses.
All responses have been approved and the RFP is ready to export and submit.
All RFPs in the system are displayed here. Click an RFP number to open the Response Details page, or use the action icons to delete, refresh, or preview settings.

Click the chevron icon (see number 6 in the overview section above) to view the settings that were used for any given RFP. The panel can be closed by clicking the X (close) icon at the top-right of the panel.
