Start a New RFP
In RFP Response Assistant > Dashboard, click Add New RFP.
2 Upload RFP & Enter Details

Click Choose File and select the RFP file you want to complete.
RFP Details
- Company Name — Enter the company name and press Enter. The application will pre-populate the RFP Name and Company Background fields.
- RFP Name — Leave the generated RFP name or change it to suit your preferences.
- Company Background — Check that the generated information is correct and update it if required.
- Country — Select the country the RFP is for.
- Due Date — Enter the date that the RFP is due to be submitted. The system uses the due date when sending notifications for the SMEs to review and approve responses.
- Product — Select the product that relates to the RFP.
3 Assign Team Reviewers
Assign Team Reviewers
Under Assignments, select the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who will review the RFP response:
- Solution Architect
- Solution Consultant
- Security Expert
- Product Engineer
- Professional Services

4 Generate and Finish
Generate and Finish
Click Generate. It may take a few moments for the assistant to generate the responses.
When complete, the Dashboard displays with the new RFP response at the top of the list.
