Review, refine, assign, and approve RFP responses. This guide covers everything from opening an RFP for review through to exporting the final completed document.
On the RFP Response Assistant Dashboard, click the Number of the RFP you would like to review. The RFP Responses Details page displays.

Use the summary panels to quickly filter the list of responses by user or status.

Under Responsible Users, click your name. The list will filter to show only the responses assigned to you.
Under Questions Status Summary, click the status you want to filter by (e.g., Ready for Review). The list will update to show only responses with that status.
If the uploaded RFP contains multiple sheets, the Related Sheets panel lists them. Click a sheet name to navigate directly to its responses and review them independently.
Assigning a user makes it easy to ensure the right person reviews a response. This also enables the notification functionality for responses in the Ready for Review status.
To change the user assigned to a response, click the user drop-down on the response and select the user you want to assign.

After assigning responses, you can send an email to alert users that they have items ready for review.
Click the Notify Users button on the RFP Responses Details page. A confirmation message will display before the notification is sent.

Click the chevron on any response row to expand it and reveal the question, the generated answer, and the action buttons. Each expanded response has two tabs:
An editable area where the SME can write or refine the final answer. Changes made here do not affect the original generated response.
The original AI-generated answer. The SME can switch back to this tab at any time to review the original while updating the draft.

Use the following actions to refine, approve, or share a response.
When you are happy with the response, click Approve. The status changes to Review Completed and editing is disabled.
If a response isn't quite right, click Regenerate to generate a new version using the same brand voice settings.
Click Refine to reword the already generated response. This opens the settings panel — adjust the Positioning, Creativity, or Max number of words, then click Regenerate.
Click Copy on the response to copy the text to your clipboard.
Click Speak to have the response read aloud.
To make more changes after a response has been approved, click Review. The status changes back to Review in Progress.
The following information is displayed below each expanded response.
RFPs can be exported at any stage in the review process, but it is typically done when all responses are in the Review Completed status.
On the RFP Response Assistant Dashboard, click the Number of the RFP you would like to export. The RFP Responses Details page displays.
On the RFP Responses Details page, click Export. The file will download to your local drive.

Congratulations, you are done!
