Find, filter, and manage the RFPs in your system. Use the search and status filter tools on the Dashboard to quickly locate any RFP, and delete records that are no longer needed.
When you have a large number of RFPs, use the search and filter tools to quickly find what you need. The RFP list shows each document's Number, Name, Company, Status, Product, Due Date, and Progress.

On the Dashboard, enter a term into the Search Items text box. The list dynamically updates to show RFPs that match your search term in any field (number, name, company, etc.).
In the Status Summary at the top of the Dashboard, click a status (e.g., In Progress, Completed). The list will instantly filter to show only RFPs with that status.
To delete an RFP from the system, follow these steps:
In RFP Response Assistant > Dashboard, find the RFP you want to delete using the search or filter functionality.
Click the trash icon at the end of the row. A confirmation message displays.
To remove the RFP, click Confirm.
Warning: Deleting an RFP cannot be undone.
You can update an RFP's details directly from the Dashboard without opening the full Response Details page.

On the Dashboard, click the chevron (>) icon at the end of the RFP row to expand the RFP details panel.
Click the pencil (edit) icon to enable editing.
Update the Due Date and/or the assigned SMEs as required.
Click the save icon to apply your changes.
