RFP Response Assistant

Settings

Settings are an admin-only section that allows users with the Admin role to set up users and define how RFPs use information to create responses.

Users

The Users Settings allows you to add, edit, and delete users from the system. Add a user by entering the following fields separated by commas, then press Enter / Return: Name, Email, Discipline, Role, Identity Provider, Agent. Each user is assigned a role which determines what they see in RFP Response Assistant and what actions they can perform.

Only users with the Admin role will be able to see Settings as an option in the left-hand menu.

RFP Helper Content Library

The Content Library is where you manage the files and websites the RFP Response Assistant uses as source material when generating responses. Add files or websites directly from this screen using Add File or Add Website. Each item is tracked with its Name, Type, Product, Country, Date, Expiration Date, and processing Status.

RFP Evaluation Agent

The RFP Evaluation Agent runs AI analysis and scores proposals. Upload an RFP to evaluate, refresh to see the latest results, and search across all proposals. Each evaluation is tracked with an Eval Number, RFP Number, RFP Name, and Evaluation Status.
