The RFP Response Details page shows the full breakdown of questions, generated answers, review statuses, and assigned reviewers for a single RFP.
RFP Responses Details Page
The RFP Responses Details page provides a full overview of the RFP, its question statuses, and the assigned reviewers.

| 1 | Click Dashboard to return to the Dashboard Overview. |
| 2 | Click Regenerate to regenerate responses to all the questions in the RFP sheet. |
| 3 | Click Refresh to help ensure that you have the latest information loaded. |
| 4 | Click Notify Users to alert reviewers to responses that are ready for them to review. An email is sent to everyone who has an uncompleted question assigned to them. |
| 5 | Click Export to download the RFP responses in a file. |
| 6 | The Summary card displays the key RFP details including the Product, Country, and Due Date. |
| 7 | The Questions Status Filter shows how many responses are currently in each question status. Click a status to filter the response list. |
| 8 | The Responsible SME Filter shows the reviewers assigned to the RFP. Click a discipline to filter the response list by that assignee. |
Response List Panel
Each row in the Response List Panel represents one RFP question and its generated response.

| 3 | RFP question status | Displays the current status of the generated response for this question. |
| 4 | Assigned user drop-down | Click to change the responsible user assigned to review this question. |
| 5 | Approve button | Click if you are the reviewer and are happy with the response. The status will change from Review in Progress to Review Completed. |
| 6 | Regenerate button | Quick regeneration of the answer with the same brand voice parameters. |
| 7 | Refine button | Reword the previously generated answer while keeping the same meaning. |
| 8 | Copy | Click to copy the response to the clipboard. |
| 9 | Speak | Click to have the response read aloud. |
| 10 | Open/close chevron icon | Click to open the response to review it. |
RFP Question Statuses
Each RFP question is assigned one of the following statuses as answers are generated and reviewed.
The system is busy generating the response.
No response could be generated from the source documentation and no response was generated.
The system could not find a response from the source material and the generated response is likely not accurate.
The system has found an answer and created a response that is ready to be reviewed.
A user is busy reviewing the response.
The answer has been reviewed and approved.
